How do I arrange for an estimate ?

What do I need to have ready for the estimate ?

All you need to have ready for an estimate is a basic idea of what you want done. BT Contracting will be more than happy to provide you with any design ideas for your renovation or help to solve any problems that you have with your current space.

Where can I get design ideas for my renovation ?

BT Contracting will provide design ideas for your renovation when they are there for the estimate. Before you have the estimate done you can always go into any Home Improvement store (Home Depot, Lansing, etc..) for basic ideas by just walking around the store. If you are looking for more specific ideas, call BT Contracting at 416 786 5942 and they will be more than happy to provide you with stores that will best support your renovation needs.

Who buys all the material for the renovation ?

The purchase and delivery of the majority of the materials will be provided by BT Contracting. For larger kitchen and bathroom renovations, BT Contracting suggests that the customers purchase the larger items (eg. kitchen cabinets, appliances, plumbing fixtures, etc...) for the renovation from the store of there choice. BT Contracting will be more than happy to pick up any items that a store will not deliver.

What is the deposit for a renovation ?

BT Contracting requires between a 10% and 15% deposit for larger jobs before the work is started. For smaller renovations, BT Contracting does not require any deposit to start the work. Deposit amounts are negotiable

Are you insured ?

BT Contracting Ltd Is an insured company. We carry a 2 million dollar liability policy. The policy and details can be faxed to you upon request.
